Crust:
1 (8 oz) cream cheese
1 1/4 cups butter
2 1/2 cups flour

Filling:
3 eggs
2 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp corn syrup


2 1/3 cups whole pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together the crust ingredients. Press crust into mini cup pans. Once all the crust are in pans, mix up all filling ingredients. Put filling inside the cups. Place whole pecans on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
