2 cups fresh basil leaves
3-4 medium size cloves garlic,chopped
1 cup pine nuts
1 cup olive oil
1 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup fresh grated Romano cheese
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Process the basil, garlic and nuts in a food processor or blender until finely chopped.

Pour in oil while running in small steady stream

Add cheeses. Salt and pepper to taste. Remove and place in bowl and refrigerate until ready to use.
