1- 1 oz package Hidden Valley Dressing mix
1 C cream or milk
3 lg tomatillos, peeled and rinsed
2 cloves garlic
1/2 bunch cilantro - chopped
1 jalapeno - seeded
4 green onions, sliced in 1" pieces
2 C mayo
2 tsp fresh lime juice

Directions:
Directions:
In blender, add dressing, tomatillos, jalapeno, cilantro, garlic, onion and enough cream to thoroughly blend veggies.

Add remaining cream, mayo and lime juice and blend until smooth.

Store refrigerated, in mason jar with lid.

If you like, roast tomatillos and jalapeno on stove flame or under broiler until blackened, before blending.

Dressing tends to heat up as it ages.
