1 tsp. ancho chili powder
½ tsp. ground cumin
¼ tsp. garlic powder
¼ tsp. salt
Pinch of cayenne pepper

1 pork tenderloin(approximately 1¼ pounds

Directions:
Directions:
In a small bowl, combine ancho chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt and cayenne pepper.

Rub the spice mixture all over the tenderloin. Allow the tenderloin to come to room temperature.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Oil grill's surface.
Grill tenderloin, turning once or twice, until meat thermometer reads 155º in thickest part, 15-20 minutes.
Remove from heat and let rest for at least 5 minutes before slicing.
