Ingredients: 12 Catelli express lasagna noodles
2 jars any pasta sauce
½ cup ricotta cheese
Sugar as much as you like
500 g lean ground meat
Parmesan as much as you like

Directions: |
Directions:Preheat oven to 350.
Cook the ground meat. Add pasta sauce. Bring to barely a boil (if it boils you will have a mess.) Then add a bit of sugar throughout. Stir ,turn down heat to low, put lid on and simmer 15-60 min.
Spread thin layer of pasta sauce on bottom of rectangular lasagna pan. Line with 4 lasagna noodles. Add dots of ricotta cheese with a spoon and gently swirl in. repeat noodles /meet sauce/ and ricotta 2x.
Top with shredded mozzarella. Cover with tin foil and bake for 45 min. Uncover and broil for 2-4 min (watch it or It will burn ). Top with parmesan (because why not) and serve. |

Notes: For the past ten year, four times a year, we have my Po Po’s lasagna. It is very good to me because it has more cheese and more meat. It keeps me full for about three hours after. Last but not least, it is very tasty. We call it Po Po’s pretty good lasagna but it is actually great. If you make it, it should keep you full until movie time. Overall, I recommend this dish for very big eaters. It is special because my Po Po makes it and it makes me feel very full and happy.
