1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 (1 inch) piece peeled and chopped ginger
4 cloves chopped garlic
2 tablespoons Canola oil
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 tablespoon minced orange zest

Directions:
Directions:
Put garlic and ginger in food processor and process until nearly smooth. In another bowl, combine soy sauce, honey, oil, orange juice, and zest. Add the garlic and ginger. Pour mixture over game meat, coating well. Allow meat to marinate in the refrigerator for one hour.
