Ingredients:  
4 C. Flour
1 3/4 C Yellow Crisco
1 T. Sugar
2 t. salt
1/2 C. Water
1T. vinegar
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix first 4 ingredients with pastry mixer
2. Beat egg and vinegar together then add water
3. combine both mixtures together
4. mold into 5 balls
5. chill 20 minutes
6. roll out each ball to a crust and place into pie dish
7. Bake 475º 8-10 minutes

You can leave unbaked and freeze extra dough for later
