3-4 lbs roast (Sirloin tip works well)
1 packet onion soup mix
2 pkgs au jus mix
1 can beef broth
1 cup water
1 can beef consomme soup
swiss cheese (or mozzarella, or provolone)

mayo
horse radish

1 dozen rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in crockpot with soup mix, 1 au jus packet, beef broth and water. Cook roast on low for 6-8 hours. Take out and slice thin pieces or shred with forks. Place back in crockpot for 1-2 more hours.

When roast is almost done, prepare au jus sauce with remaining packet according to directions. Add beef consomme.

Serve meat on rolls with cheese and mayo (and horse radish if desired.)

Dip in au jus sauce.
