Ingredients: 2 cups Sweet Baby Rays BBQ Sauce 2 tbsp brown sugar 3 tbsp minced garlic 2 tsp worcestershire 1 tbsp cayenne pepper (optional) 1 rack baby back pork ribs Salt to taste

Directions:Spray inside of crockpot. Remove inner white membrane from bottom of ribs using a butter knife and paper towel. Place ribs in slow cooker. cover with 3/4 sauce. Season with a good amount of salt and pepper. Cook on low for 8 hours. Refrigerate remaining sauce to use for glazing later. When ribs are tender and falling apart, carefully transfer to baking sheet lined with parchment paper and baste with the remaining sauce. broil the ribs in preheated oven at 390º for about 10 minutes. Cut ribs and serve with remaining sauce. |
