6 boneless, well-marbled pork chops
6 potatoes
1 family-size can cream of chicken soup
1C milk
2 C cheddar cheese, grated
1/4 C dried onion
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325º

In oiled, heavy skillet, brown pork chops well on both sides

Place chops in bottom of 9 X 13 cake dish

In med-sized bowl, combine soup and milk. Add enough water (approx 2 C) to make a light gravy consistency

Peel and slice 2-3 potatoes 1/8" thick, spread in one layer, over the top of pork chops.
Pour half of the gravy on top.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper, 1 Tb dry onion, and a handful of cheese.

Repeat.

Bake in preheated oven

Bake for 3 hours
