16 slices white bread, trim crusts
c. butter
4 hard boiled eggs, chopped
2 tbsp. minced onion
1 c. minced celery
1 6 oz. cans (or fresh) crab, drained
2 4 oz. can (or fresh) shrimp, drained
1 c. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. horseradish
pinch of salt and pepper

Directions:

Spread bread with butter and cut into 1-inch cubes. Combine with eggs & onion, cover and refrigerate overnight.

Combine all ingredients and refrigerate at least three hours before serving.
