1 shredded (pulled apart) Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup sour cream
1 can cream of chicken
1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella (or swiss) cheese
2 tsp garlic salt (or to taste)
1 bag of steamed broccoli
1 box Herb and Butter Rice a Roni (Cooked)
2 sleeves of Ritz crackers, crushed
1 cube butter, melted
1 tbsp of PoppySeeds

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix first 6 ingredients together in a bowl, adding broccoli last so it doesn't get mashed. Pour into greased 9x13. Spread cooked rice over mixture. Combine melted butter, ritz crackers and poppyseeds in a bowl, then spread over top of rice.

Cover and bake at 350º for 45 minutes or until edges are bubbly and top is golden brown.
