1 head of Napa cabbage, chopped
5 stalks of scallions, sliced
1 cup of sliced almonds
1 pouch of ramen noodles (any flavor, won't be using seasoning packet)
3/4 cup vegetable oil
1/3 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup granulated sugar

Directions:
1. Take ramen pouch, and without opening it, crunch up the contents inside until you can feel everything is broken into small pieces.
2. Heat a frying pan with oil and sauté the sliced almonds and crushed ramen over low heat until lightly toasted - remove from heat and let cool.
3. In a large bowl, combine chopped Napa cabbage and sliced scallions, top with ramen almond mixture.
4. In a small dish, mix together the vegetable oil, vinegar, and sugar for the dressing. Stir in the dressing approx. 10-15 minutes prior to serving to allow time for the dressing to absorb.
5. Enjoy this Kelley family staple!
