12 oz cream cheese (softened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 1/2 TSP pumpkin pie spice
2 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin
! graham cracker pie crust

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

In a bowl, beat together cream cheese on medium until fluffy. Add in sugar and spice. Mix until combined

Add eggs one at a time. Then stir in pumpkin

Pour into a crust. Bake at 350º for 32 minutes until middle is almost set. Remove from oven, cool on counter for 1 hr then place in fridge for 3 hours.

If you forgot to set your cream cheese out to soften, you can place it in the microwave on high for 15-20 sec (NOT IN THE FOIL WRAPPER PLEASE).

Also make sure you cool for an hour before putting in the fridge
