6 large Sweet Potatoes
1 stick butter
1 cup Brown Sugar
½ cup Water (approximate)
mini marshmallows

Directions:
Directions:
Peel sweet potatoes and cut to serving size. In a large saucepan boil sweet potatoes until fork-tender, but not mushy. Drain sweet potatoes and place in a 9 x 13 casserole dish.

In a saucepan add 1 stick of butter and melt. Add brown sugar and water. When it is combined pour over sweet potatoes.

Add mini marshmallows to the top of the dish.

To prepare for dinner: place in oven and heat until marshmallows are melted/toasted and sweet potatoes are warm

This recipe has been in my life forever. Everybody looks for the Sweet Potatoes at the Thanksgiving table. I"m proud to be the source of such a favorite and easy dish. They are sweet and wonderful!! Please include this in all your future celebrations and I will be so happy!!! I love you all so much! I never want to miss a party and neither should the potatoes!!
