1 c ketchup
2 tsp. water
¼ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp hot sauce (Tabasco is best)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until sauce begins to boil, 5-10 minutes. Remove sauce from heat, cover & allow to cool. Pour into a covered container for storage in your refrigerator. Keeps for 1-2 months.
