1 pound fresh ham ground
1 pound smoked ham ground
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk
2 eggs

Sauce:
cup water
cup vinegar
cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ham, cracker crumbs, milk and eggs, and shape in a loaf. Bake 450⁰ for 20 minutes. Mix sauce: water, vinegar, brown sugar and dry mustard. Pour sauce over loaf. Bake 2 -2 hours at 275 and keep basting.
