2 lbs. Bag of frozen shoe Peg Corn
2 (8oz.) Cream Cheese, softened
2 sticks of butter, softened
1/4 cup of Milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cover and boil your corn for about 15 minutes then drain.
In a medium bowl add your butter and cream cheese together add drained corn, salt and pepper. Now add your milk mix all together. Now spray or grease your Casserole dish butter and pour your mixture in dish.

By the way you can also crumb Some Ritz crackers and pour over the top of corn mixture with a stick of melted butter pour over the top of corn mixture.

Bake at 350º for bout 40 minutes or until bubbly very good enjoy.
