1 large onion
1 bell pepper
2 stalks celery


1 quart okra
2-3 lbs shrimp
1 lb crabmeat if you have some extra $$$ but optional
i can cream of mushroom soup
4-6 TBS Rotel of more if you like the spice
water or stock
EVOO
S and P
Old Bay seasoning
vinegar

Directions:
Sauté onion, bell pep, celery in EVOO. Add Rotel and okra and cook until tender.

If there is sliminess from okra, add 3-4 tsp of vinegar. Don't worry! you will not taste the vinegar!

Once all of that is tender, add shrimp (raw) and season with Old Bay. Wehn shrimp turns pink, add COM soup and slowly add water or stock to thicken/thin as desired. Simmer 15-20 minutes. Add crabmeat at the last ten min, if you are using.
