White vinegar
Salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Hard boil eggs. Sit in cold water to cool for easier peeling. Peel and cut eggs into halves lengthwise. Remove yolks and place in a medium mixing bowl. Take care to not rip the egg white boats. Mash yolks until crumbly. Add cup of mayonnaise to start. Add vinegar and mustard 1 tsp. at a time until tangy. Flavor will mellow, so lean toward more tangy than not. Add more mayo if yolk mixture is not as smooth as desired. Gently spoon yolk mix into each egg half and sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate, covered, for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
