1 lb Camellia dried red beans
7 cups broth
1 large onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
2 ribs celery, chopped
1 TBS chopped garlic
2 bay leaves
1 lb ham
1-2 hocks
Your favorite seasoning ( I like Cajun Cocaine)
Hot sauce
Choppoed green onions for garnish
Hot cooked rice
Bread

TRASHY YELLOW MUSTARD

Directions:
Directions:
Put all of the stuff in the crockpot and stir. Cover and set to six hours, but may need seven. Take the lid off and cook without it for a bit if some of the liquid needs to cook off.

Over rice, topped with onions and mustard :)
