1 3/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 egg yokes
1 3/4 cup milk
1/2 cup oil or shortening melted
2 egg whites

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl stir together flour, baking powder and salt
In small bowl beat egg yolk, milk and oil and mix together
Add flour mixture. Stir until lumpy
In small mixer bowl beat egg whites until stiff
Fold into mixture

Bake on waffle maker
