1 Box Cavatappi
Bacon pieces
1 Tbsp. Butter
3 Tbsp. Flour
2 C. Milk
Salt & pepper to taste
2 C. Colby jack/cheddar cheese
1 C. Mozzarella (shredded)
8 Slices Kraft/Deli Deluxe American cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350. Spray 3 Qt. oven safe dish. Boil pot of water for pasta & cook 8 minutes. Put batter in skillet- Whisk flour & milk in pan. Add salt & pepper. Bring to a boil over medium. Heat, reduce to simmer for 2 minutes. In large bowl, toss cheeses together with bacon. Remove skillet and add American cheese and cheddar mixture. In pasta pot, combine pasta & cheese sauce. Pour half into oven safe dish. Sprinkle with 1 C. cheddar mixture. Repeat 1 layer. Bake @ 350 for 20 minutes. Increase over to broil, and broil for 3 minutes.
