• 8 graham crackers, crushed
• 4 tablespoons butter, melted
• 1 (8-ounce) package whipped
cream cheese
• 1 cup canned pumpkin puree
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 1/2 cups whipped topping, divided

Directions:
Directions:
1. Combine graham cracker crumbs and butter in a medium
bowl. Evenly divide mixture between 8 small jars or cups.
Lightly press into the bottom of each glass.
2. Combine cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, pumpkin pie spice,
and vanilla in a large bowl until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped
topping. Evenly divide mixture between the jars or glasses.
Cover and chill until ready to serve. Just before serving, dollop
each with the remaining whipped topping.
