Crust:
1/2 C. Graham cracker crumbs
1/4 Tsp. Nutmeg
1/2 C. Crushed nuts
1 T. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Cinnamon

Filling:
4 8oz. Pkg. cream cheese
3 T. Flour
3 XL. Eggs
2 Egg yolks
1/4 C. Heavy cream
1 3/4 C. Sugar
1/4 Tsp. Salt

Butter sides and bottom of 9-inch spring-form pan and coat with crust mixture. Blend cream cheese and add dry ingredients until smooth. Add egg yolks. Add cream and finish blending thoroughly. Add eggs, 1 at a time, and blend again thoroughly. Bake at 500 in preheated oven for 10 minutes. Reduce heat to 200 and bake until done, about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Cool overnight.
