Left over steak sliced thin
One yellow onion
Any sandwich bread
Mayonnaise
BBQ Sauce
Butter

Directions:
Directions:
Slice the onion into thin slices
Sauté (carnalize) in frying pan with butter very slowly (the slower the you cook the onion the sweeter it will be, take your time)
Toast your bread
When the onions are ready, through the sliced steak in the pan (with the onions) to heat.
When warm, fix your sandwich with the carmelized onions on top.
I like a little BBQ sauce on top.

A lot of the time, Jill and I grill way too much steak and have a lot left over. I'm always excited for lunch the following day.
