Doorslammer Chicken

2 Chicken Breasts
1 c. Apricot Preserves
1 c. French dressing
1 pkg. Onion soup mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place Chicken Breasts in Crock pot. Pour onion soup mix on top and add equal parts French dressing and apricot preserves. Cook Low heat 4-6 hours. Serve over rice and enjoy!
 

Italian Crock Pot Chicken


Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 large Chicken Breasts
8 oz. Cream cheese
1 pkg. dry Italian seasoning dressing
1 c. milk

Directions:
Place chicken in crockpot, sprinkle Italian dressing mix over chicken. Cube cream cheese and put over chicken. Add milk and cook on low for 3-5 hours. Cut up chicken just before serving. Serve over rice and eat with warm rolls.
 

Barbeque Chicken

3/4 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. oil
3/4 c. catsup
3/4 c. water
1/4 c. lemon juice
3 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp. mustard
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan and simmer for 15-20 min. Pour over chicken and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 min, or in crockpot. Serve over rice.
