2 - 3 lbs deer meat, use roasts, liver, heart or quartered portions (or 1 large rabbit)
16 Oz butter
2 Large onion, chopped

2-4 shakes Hot Sauce, or more if you like the heat(optional)

salt
fresh ground pepper to taste
Seasoning salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil meat until tender remove bones and chop finely.
In a large skillet, melt butter and add the onions and cook them until they are tender. Add the meat, sauces, and seasoning and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Serve on buns, on bread as an open face sandwich or over rice. Or my favorite is over Lace cornbread.
