4 ea Chicken breasts cooked and deboned
1 can Cream of chicken or mushroom soup
1 jar small mushrooms drained
1 cup sour Cream
8 TBs butter
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 stack ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Spray casserole dish with Pam(canola oil). Place chicken in dish bite sized. Mix soup, mushrooms, sour cream, and water chestnuts together. Spoon over chicken, Crush Ritz Crackers and place over top. Pour melted butter over top of Crackers and bake at 350ºF until bubbly.
