3 - 4 lbs. ground hamburger meat
2 slices bread, crumbled
2 pkgs. Lipton Dry Onion Soup Mix
seasoning salt
1 egg
Worcestershire or soy sauce
1 jar apple jelly
2 bottles BBQ sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.

Mix together hamburger, bread crumbs, soup mix, seasoning salt and egg. Add several dashes of Worcestershire or soy sauce. Roll into balls and place on cookie sheet (with sides to keep grease from draining into bottom of oven). Bake until brown. Drain off grease and place into a crock pot with BBQ sauce and jelly. Stir occasionally until all the jelly has melted and incorporated with the BBQ sauce. Cook on low heat for several hours or overnight.
