6-7 T. butter or margarine
1 c. milk
1 c. flour
6 eggs
tsp. Salt
3 c. strawberries, halved
2 T. sugar
1 (8oz.) carton sour cream
c. brown sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in 6x12 in baking dish, or pie pans while oven is preheating at 400.
Mix other ingredients well in blender. Increase oven temp to 450, Pour into pan and bake 20 min.

Lower heat to 350 and bake 8-10 min more, or until edges are puffed and brown.

For filling:
Combine sour cream and brown sugar. Sprinkle strawberries with the 2 T. sugar.

To serve:
Cut pancakes into wedges, top with strawberries, and add a large spoonful of the sour cream mixture over all.
