1 ea Beef or Pork Roast 3- 5 lb
3 TBS Oil
¼ cup soy sauce
2 tsp Lawrys seasoning salt
½ tsp Fresh ground black pepper
1 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Put oil in Large skillet over medium heat. paint roast with soy sauce and once oil is hot put roast in oil and brown, flipping once side is browned. once roast is browned season with salt and pepper. Pour water in roasting pan and place rack into pan. place meat on rack in roaster cover and cook at 325ºF cook for 1½ hours. Uncover the meat and continue cook for 30 minutes. and check temperature of internal meat. It needs be 145º-155ºF for beef and 170ºF for pork. Return to cooking until these Temperatures are achieved.
