10 c. Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
1 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. sliced almonds
ĺ tsp. salt
1 Ĺ c. oil (can use all vegetable or Ĺ coconut)
1 Ĺ c. Maple Syrup (Grade A Amber)

Preheat oven to 350ļ. Combine all in a large bowl, mixing well, and spread onto an 11Ē x 17Ē pan. Bake for 25 min. Stiffing occasionally for crispness. For crunchier granola, cook longer, or cook in a 225ļ oven for 2-3 hours. Store in a large ziplock bag or tupperware containers in the cupboard.

We love it with fresh fruit (blueberries, bananas, warmed with apples and cinnamon, dried raisins, gogi berries), walnuts, ground flax seeds, sunflower seeds, and almond milk.) Can also be used as an Ice Cream topping.
