½ cup White cornmeal
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Water
⅜ Cup oil

Directions:
Directions:
Heat cast iron pan (flat skillet preferred) and use 2 T. oil Mix salt, water and cornmeal together. Mix should be very thin mixture of water and meal. Remix ingredients and pour ⅓ cup into hot oil. Let bread brown on bottom then flip like pancake so the other side browns also. Repeat adding oil and ⅓ cup mix until all of mix is used. Usually Makes 3 cakes.
