2 Cups Self Rising Flour sifted
1 Cup Buttermilk
¼ Cup Melted Butter(oil)
½ tsp Salt
1 cup Cracklings

4 oz Melted Butter for top of biscuit and pan

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients together and knead. Oil pan preheat pan and oven to 400ºF and form biscuit lay in pan. Bake 15 minutes at 400º F. Remove biscuits from oven and rub butter on tops.
Return to oven and cook 8 more minutes. Turn broiler on and brown top to right color. Watch in broiler or you will burn the tops.
