2 stks butter 1 cup, melted
16 oz powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
½ cup crunchy peanut butter
7 oz sweetened shredded coconut
1 cups chopped pecans(optional)
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
6 oz chocolate chips
½ block paraffin wax
3 TBS pecan dust

Directions:
Directions:
Line a large rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, add graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, coconut, chopped pecans, peanut butter and melted butter. Stir to combine.
Form into 1 ½ inch balls and place on the prepared baking sheet place into refrigerator to chill. Melt chocolate and paraffin wax in double boiler. Dip balls into melted chocolate and place on parchment paper. After each ball is placed on parchment paper (before chocolate has hardened) dust lightly with crushed pecans if desired.
Allow to harden and cool. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator.
