3 cups Chicken stock
1 lb Country cured ham diced into bite size
15 oz Diced Tomatoes
1 ea Diced large onion
1 cup Tomato sauce
6 ea Potatoes diced bite size
½ ea Head of cabbage chopped small size
½ tsp Fresh Ground Black pepper
Salt

Directions:
Boil ham in Stock ¾ hour add other ingredients and cook approximately 25 minutes until all vegetables are tender. Salt to taste when you serve. Do not oversalt as meat will supply good amount of salt.
