1 qt Beef Stock or chicken stock
1 lb cured ham hock or country ham
2 cups Peas (cow peas)
2 cups Baby Lima beans
1 can Diced Tomatoes (14.5oz)
1 cup sliced okra
1 can whole kernel corn.
8 oz Tomato sauce.
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Fresh ground black pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Boil Pork until it is tender about 1 hour. remove bones. Add peas, beans, seasonings, and corn and boil until vegetables are tender approximately 60 Minutes. Add tomato sauce, okra, and diced tomatoes and cook for 30 more minutes.
