1 can creamed corn
1/2 cup hot water
1/3 cup softened butter or margarine
3 cups of crumbled cornbread recipe cornbread
1 whole egg
1/2 cup finely chopped sweet onion
1/8 tsp salt
1/2 tsp. fresh ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-heat oven to 350º F
In a large mixing bowl:
Add egg an beat
Add butter or margarine
Add onion
Add salt and pepper
Add cornbread
Add hot water and stir (add more hot water a tablespoon at a time until moist) until all ingredients are moist
Place in a greased 9 x 12 baking dish
Bake for 30 minutes and serve
