ea. Chicken
3 Qts water
3 cups Chopped Mushrooms
Cup olive oil
Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 T. unsalted butter
2 Bunch green onion
1 Ea. Large onion, diced
3 Ea. carrots, peeled and diced
4 EA. stalks celery, diced
4 Ea. Large potato diced
1 T. Basil
1 T. dried thyme
1 T. Oregano Dried
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
4 cup half and half,(Or cream)or more, as needed
2 cups Egg noodles
tsp Red Pepper(optional)

Boil chicken in water. Remove chicken from water and shred meat. Reserve water. Cook onion and green onion in oil. Add chicken meat and chicken stock to pot Add noodles.; Add remaining vegetables and spices and cook until vegetables are tender. Add Butter. Sift and stir in flour once flour is incorporated add half and half (or cream) Stir and serve
