1 cup brown sugar
1 cup margarine, melted
2 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
2 bananas, mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped (optional)
1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)

Mix all ingredients in order given. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake 1 hour at 350F. Leave in pan 1/2 hour to cool before removing from pan.

Personal Notes:
Bake in 3rd position down from top of oven.
I use 3/4 cup butter, 1/4 cup margarine, and 4 bananas.
I bake for 1 hour 7 minutes.
Leave batter in fridge covered overnight before baking.
Stir prior to baking.
