4 medium sweet Onions sliced
3/4 cup of (SR) Flour
1 Egg, beaten
2/3 cup of Milk
1 tsp. of Salt
1 tsp. of Oil add to your batter

Directions:
Directions:
Soak sliced onions for an hour in cold water
Combine your flour, eggs, milk, salt and oil, mix well.
Next dip your sliced onions in batter and deep fry until golden brown and enjoy them.
