1 - 1-1/2 Lbs lean ground beef
1 small onion
1 clove garlic minced
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1 Tbs Italian seasoning

1 16 oz jar baking tomato sauce (reserve 3/4 cup sauce)

16 oz whole milk ricotta cheese
2 eggs
1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
1 Tbs parsley flakes

1 box lasagna noodles cooked and drained

8 slices provolone cheese
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Heat oven to 350║ F
In large skillet heat olive oil, sautÚ onions and minced garlic. Add ground beef, cook though. Drain the fat from the beef. Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning and all but 3/4 cup of the sauce. Set aside

Cook the noodles according to the directions on the box.

In medium size bowl mix together the ricotta cheese, parsley eggs and parmesan cheese.

Spoon 1/2 of the reserved sauce onto the bottom of a 13 x 9 casserole pan. Start layering noodles, provolone cheese, noodles, ricotta cheese, beef mixture, mozzarella
cheese, noodles, ricotta cheese, beef mixture, mozzarella cheese, noodles, sauce and mozzarella cheese.

Bake 30-40 minutes let stand for 30 minutes before cutting into.
