4 chicken breasts
pinch of salt
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1/2 tsp parsley flakes
1 cup flour
2 cups bread crumbs
1 egg
1 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
With a wooden mallet pound boneless skinless chicken breast to 1/4 inch thick. Sprinkle with salt, green onions, and parsley flakes. Cut 1/4 lb stick butter into 8 pieces and place at end of beast and roll meat, tuck ends, seal with tooth picks. Roll in flour, then in eggs (eggs beat with 1 tbsp water); then roll in bread crumbs. Chill for 1 hour. Deep fry until golden brown
