2 qts. Milk
2 qts. Whipping cream
2 dozen eggs
3 C. Sugar
1 tsp. Nutmeg
1 Fifth Bourbon
1 Fifth Brandy
1 Fifth Dark Rum
Dash of soda
Directions:
Directions:
Separate 2 dozen eggs. Beat into yolks 3 C. Sugar; add 1 tsp nutmeg; mix together along with the alcohol. Mix well. Beat whites with dash of soda, just until frothy and fold into above. Serve cold.
