Sprouted Wheat Recipes

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 T. baking powder
1/4-1/2 t. salt
1/3 c. shortening/butter
1/2 t. cream of tartar
3/4 c. water
2 T. sprouted wheat
3/4 c. powdered milk

Mix together. Roll out to 1/2' thickness. Cut with a floured 2 1/2" biscuit cutter. Place 1" apart on cookie sheet. Bake at 450 for 10-12 minutes
