Ingredients:  
2 cups cooked rice
1 lb Monterey-Jack cheese
3 medium zucchinis, sliced thin & parboiled
1 large tomato, sliced
2 cups or more cooked cubed or shredded chicken
2 cups sour cream
Small can green chilis
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp garlic salt
2 T chopped green pepper
2 T chopped green onion
Salt & pepper to taste

Grease 3 qt casserole & layer:
Rice, chicken, cheese, zucchini, tomatoes
Mix sour cream, chilis, spices & onions
Pour over layers
Sprinkle top with Jack cheese
Bake 350 30 minutes
