4 Lbs. of Ground Sirloin
16 Ounce box of Velveeta Cheese
1 cup Ketchup
¾ c Bread Crumbs
3 Eggs
4 envelopes of McCormick Meat loaf seasoning
½ c Brown Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all of the ingredient in one very large bowl. Chop the velveeta into 1 inch squares, add meat, meat loaf seasoning, brown sugar, eggs, ketchup, bread crumbs. Combine well. Divide into two greased loaf pans. Top with a sprinkle of brown sugar and ketchup generously. Cook at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until meat looks cooked and pulled away from sides. Pull out of the oven, drain some of the liquid off and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.

This makes your hands very cold and is best combined taking off your rings and mixing in a huge bowl with your hands. Letting meat rest a little to take off the chill is helpful, but not too long. I like to make two loaves when I make it so you can put one in the freezer for another night.
