1 c butter
2 c sugar
3 eggs, well beaten
1 c sour cream
1 t baking soda
2 t baking powder

pinch of salt
1/2 t nutmeg
4 c flour ( little more if needed)
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add sugar gradually. Mix in eggs. Sift dry ingredients. Add alternately with sour cream. Mix well and chill overnight.
Roll , cut out and bake.
Sprinkle with with sugar on top of frost.

Bake 360º- 7 minutes.
