1 C Butter
½ C Sugar
1 Egg Yolk
2 C Flour
1 Jar of Raspberry Jelly
Powder Sugar
Cream

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar in mixer. Add egg yolk and mix well. Add the flour after you have sifted it. Stir to form dough. Chill for 3 hours or overnight in the refrigerator. Roll dough out thin to fill a cookie sheet. Spread with raspberry jelly. Bake at 350 for 15-18 minutes. While still warm out of the oven cut and frost. (this is a mixture of powdered sugar and cream just add the sugar until it thickens up the cream to a frosting)

My great grandmother worked at a bakery in Sweden growing up. She did not get paid. She loved to bake and wanted to learn some recipes so she told them she would work free. This was the most popular recipe at the bakery and she was sworn to secrecy. BUT now you know the secret too!
